Position Title: Sanitation
Wage: $21.50/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 11pm-7am QPS Employment Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to support plant cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring all production areas and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and restored for the next day's operations. Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Clean and sanitize the manufacturing plant, including production equipment, floors, walls, pipes, and beams - Clean forklifts, pallet jacks, and cooler racking areas - Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment - Maintain sanitary conditions to ensure consistent production quality and food safety - Properly restore all production lines and work areas for the next shift - Report any issues related to food safety, food quality, or personnel safety to management Sanitation Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required - Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management - Basic math skills (addition and subtraction) - Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred - Regular bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling - Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds throughout the shift - Prolonged standing during work hours - Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
