Work Schedule:
100%, day/evening shift working Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. This will include one holiday per year and on-call for one holiday per year. You will work at West Towne Urgent Care in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative, Ambulatory - Bilingual to:

  • Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population.
  • Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
  • Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
