Summary: DLC Operations Compliance team (Team) provides support to DLC Operations personnel, including Operations Center, Substations field personnel, Asset Management, Engineering and Protection Engineering to ensure and maintain compliance with transmission reliability and security regulatory requirements, including NERC Reliability Standards applicable to DLC as well as requirements mandated by PJM, Reliability First, and the Pennsylvania PUC. This position will contribute their experience and technical knowledge to continue to position the Team to provide knowledgeable reliability and security compliance support across all of DLC Operations. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant field of study plus 3 or more years of work experience. Preferred: Electric industry work experience and knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards.
