As our Strategic Meeting Solutions Lead, you'll shape the future of national and international congresses by driving end-to-end meeting strategy, elevating customer experience, and delivering data-driven results. This is a unique opportunity to influence brand-defining events, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and lead operational excellence across planning, logistics, analytics, and vendor management-all while steering innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC. About the Role This role leads end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic meetings, congresses, and events. The Strategic Meeting Solutions Lead partners cross-functionally to deliver compliant, data-driven, and brand-aligned meetings while overseeing vendors, budgets, analytics, and execution teams. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600- $164,900 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
