Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and supervising day to day maintenance operations
• Completing preventative maintenance throughout the facility and understanding preventative maintenance schedules
• Repairing and/or replacing machinery and parts
• Assisting with the prevention of down time during production hours
• Ensuring that repairs are made in an efficient and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position. This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualified candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position should possess the following:

• 5 years maintenance and supervisory experience
• Ammonia refrigeration and PLC / Electronics experience is a plus
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to think critically within ever-changing environments
• Ability to work with individuals of differing personalities and job skills
• Problem solving and negotiation skills

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
