Overview: We are seeking an E-Discovery Analyst to join our innovative and highly motivated Litigation Support team. This position supports growing case demands and expanding data needs across the firm. This role is focused on hands-on data processing and culling within industry-standard litigation support platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, experience working directly within eDiscovery tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with legal teams to execute efficient, defensible workflows. The E-Discovery Analyst is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 37.5 hours per week. This position will work onsite in our Minneapolis office for the first several months to support onboarding and training. Hybrid flexibility may be revisited in the future based on experience and performance. Responsibilities Include: * Processing and culling data using platforms such as Relativity, Nuix and RelOne (Disco experience considered transferable). * Performing day-to-day document and data processing within litigation support systems. * Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting litigation support databases. * Managing large collections of emails, images, and native files. * Running quality control on vendor-processed data and loading into Relativity workspaces. * Supporting Early Case Assessment (ECA) workflows when appropriate. * Collaborating with attorneys and case teams via project-based group communications to execute litigation support workflows. * Assisting with additional litigation support activities and special projects as needed. * Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Our Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Minimum of 2+ years (4+ preferred) of experience working directly in litigation support in a data processing or analyst capacity. * Experience working within Relativity, RelOne, Nuix or similar eDiscovery platforms (experience with competing platforms such as Disco is transferable). * Experience working for a law firm or a litigation support vendor supporting these technologies is preferred. * Strong understanding of core eDiscovery processes and the EDRM model. * Demonstrated experience performing hands-on data processing and culling tasks. * Technical aptitude with an "IT-leaning" skill set and comfort navigating litigation support applications. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. * Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced setting. * Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions. The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $75,000 - $90,000/year. This position is non-exempt and scheduled for 37.5 hours per week. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
