Your Opportunity as theSenior Specialist, Operational Excellence

The Senior Specialist, Operational Excellence role plays a critical role in shaping how the Grandview plant operates daytoday and longterm. This position directly influences production performance, planning accuracy, and continuous improvement by leading Operational Excellence principles and translating data into action. The role partners closely with plant leadership and crossfunctional teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and responsiveness-making a visible, measurable impact on plant results.

Location:Grandview, WA

Work Arrangements:100% Onsite

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for net planning quota development and overall production planning activities.
  • Develops and issues weekly production schedule. Completes daily production batch reporting.
  • Assist and coordinate Plant Master Planning activities, including improvement action plans, root cause analysis and loss elimination initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and assist Quality, HS&E, and other Ops Ex pillars in enforcing standards and driving improvement activities.
  • Participate in third party and Internal Quality & Safety Audits.
  • Support the Plant Manager with grape field operations, and grape grower harvest scheduling and coordination.
  • Support onboarding, training and integration of temporary labor.
  • Support Quality department recordkeeping including ETQ and Prodika systems
  • Perform administrative and analytical activities required to support plant operations.
  • Prepares documentation, summaries, and presentation for leadership review as required.
  • Assists in transformation projects.
  • Other tasks as required.

What we are looking for:

MinimumRequirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Food Science preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant Production or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience is required

  • Operations/ Food Manufacturing experience
  • Project Leadership
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing data/situations, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability todevelop effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated results in driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, safety and business responsiveness
  • Demonstration of a "flow to the work" mentality to meet the changing business needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to teach, lead andmotivate others
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed (over 10%)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (Food preferably)

Washington Specific Salary Range

78,000 - 111,650

This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan and Holiday bonus
