Summary
Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. No Essential Functions -Oversee the financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. -Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. -Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization. -Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting. -Supervise the financial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. -Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Education Bachelor's Degree Accounting required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience experience in accounting or finance 3-5 years required experience in a accounting or finance role within a large healthcare organization 3-5 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organization. - Good analytical and mathematical skills. - Superior Excel Skills is required. - Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time. - Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.
