Description and Requirements The Executive Administrative Partner provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG), helping ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently in a complex, fast-paced, global environment. This role acts as a trusted partner to the SSG CMO, responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and supporting effective execution across priorities. The Executive Administrative Partner handles a wide range of responsibilities including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, meeting support, documentation, and logistics for team events and special projects. The role operates in a highly matrixed organization and requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones.
