This role will support Supply Chain Contracts and is a strategic partner within the Supply Chain organization. This position coordinates with business partners for supply chain contract matters, manages a portfolio of supplier contracts, communicates with supply chain leadership, to develop, implement, and execute on strategic contract initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests.

* Works with program managers to draft Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, flow down provisions, assertion letters, settlement agreements and other related agreements.

* Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, including government procurement and cost control guidelines.

* Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and addressed through contract terms and conditions

* Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow and improve quality of work product.

* Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness.

* Maintains historical legal records.

* Briefs Management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience OR

* Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant experience

* SHIFT: 8 am -5 pm (8 hour day M-F)
