Description Accountable for maintaining the physical inventory of all materials in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Reviews inventory for product issues and communicates inventory needs to the Quality Supervisor/Manager. Ensures products are moved in WMS and keeps accurate accountability of inventory adjustments. Monitors products for proper labeling. Provides professional problem resolution services to customers, both internal and external. Assists with verification requirements to ensure that all inbounds and outbounds are processed accurately. Runs inventory reports to check for product availability and accuracy. Take weekly inventory cycle counts. Reconciles inventory counts with WMS. High School diploma or GED, preferred. At least 2+ years of experience in a similar industry/ environment. Experienced in Microsoft Office programs, preferred. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Responsible Care, and other warehouse instructions, would be a huge plus (this is a stretch for the area and rate). * 100% Follows attendance policy shows up for work on time and is ready to work assigned shift. * 25% Problem resolution of customer issues. * 20% Conducts cycle counts and physical inventory audits according to site and customer requirements. * 15% Reports and analyzes KPI metrics information to the management team. * 10% Meet and communicate with customers. * 20% Monitors finished goods settings in WMS for accuracy against product received. * 15% Assists in site training program and development of new procedures as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nitro, WV.
