Role Overview Job Title: Customer Service Representative Start Date: April 6, 2026 Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 Workplace Type: InOffice Shift: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM (assigned a fixed schedule within these hours) What You'll Do * Handle high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment * Assist members with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information * Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems with strong attention to detail Qualifications * 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years) * Strong customer service skills with clear, professional phone presence Why This Role Stands Out * Clear path to permanent employment based on performance * Proven growth opportunities into team lead, trainer, supervisor, IT, claims, or PA roles * Performance-based shift bidding after training Training Note: Paid training is Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for 4 weeks. Participation is key-successfully completing training requires an average test score of 90%. Mandatory overtime may apply during peak months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
