*Description*
*Processes member requests in multiple work queues for services and account maintenance, including address and contact information changes, ATM/debit card ordering and maintenance, fee reversals, inactive account activation, overdraft protection options, funding new memberships, stop payments, check ordering, transfers, and ACH setup and changes. Proficient in sending information and form requests via secure electronic methods. *Opens and closes basic sub-accounts and memberships. *Processes domestic or international wires. *Processes levy work. *Performs member-requested research on accounts and writes accurate and succinct responses to Member Communication Specialists and members. *Handles inbound and outbound calls in accordance with the Credit Union's telephone etiquette and authentication standards. *Documents member requests accurately and clearly in our customer relationship management system. *Balances daily work. *Identifies trends and system issues impacting members and reports to appropriate lines of business and management. *Reviews daily and monthly reports in accordance with Credit Union documented procedures. *Trouble-shoots and resolves member issues within assigned authority, using resources available to ensure service level agreements are met. Escalates concerns when necessary to appropriate individuals in a timely manner, serving as the member's advocate. *Backs up operations services representatives and provides support for daily activities. *Maintains a thorough knowledge of Credit Union policies, procedures, operational standards, and products and services. *Stays current with emails, knowledgebase, and Intranet content. *Completes all required security and regulatory training modules. *Development of choice which contributes to work environment. *Skills* Customer service, Operation, Call center, Troubleshooting, Administration, Windows, ms office suite, data entry, salesforce crm, Customer support, Support, meridianlink, scimitar *Top Skills Details* Customer service,Operation,Call center,Troubleshooting,Administration,Windows,ms office suite,data entry,salesforce crm *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Credit union or banking experience a huge plus. Need to understand internal operations of CU. People lacking Scimitar or Meridianlink experience that have worked in a CU or bank environment will work. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Concord, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $27.78/hr.
