Warehouse Asset Management Analyst Location: Centennial, CO Employment Type: Onsite \| Contract Experience Level: Entry-Mid Overview We are seeking an IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst to support hardware intake, provisioning, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management for retail and store environments across the country. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with IT hardware, and comfort working in warehouse or stockroom environments. Retail technology experience is a plus, as you'll support devices such as POS systems, mobile units, computers, walkies, and other operational hardware. Collaboration and strong customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities * Support hardware intake, tracking, labeling, and lifecycle management across multiple retail and warehouse locations * Analyze device options to ensure compatibility and meet business needs * Process new hardware orders, break-fix requests, replacements, and provisioning tasks * Maintain accurate inventory of devices and peripherals using HAM/ITSM tools * Support physical workflows: receiving, staging, organizing, and shipping devices * Update asset records and documentation in systems such as ServiceNow * Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment * Monitor retail technology trends and follow established hardware standards * Use metrics and data to support process improvements and operational accuracy Qualifications * 1+ year of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management, warehouse operations, logistics, technician work, or an analytical role * Experience with IT hardware including desktops, laptops, POS devices, mobile devices, printers, radios, and peripherals * Exposure to retail hardware or retail technology support preferred * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/HAM tools is a plus * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Skills Asset management, inventory control, lifecycle management, process improvement, data accuracy, hardware provisioning, mobile devices, retail/POS systems, warehouse operations, Microsoft Office, customer service, metrics and analysis, ServiceNow, collaboration.
