Position Details:

As part of the Information Technology team, you will report to the Director of Applications. As the Clinical Informatics Manager, you will be responsible for the overall support, optimization, and strategic direction of the organization's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.. You will serve as a key liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams, ensuring the EMR effectively supports patient care, revenue cycle, and practice management workflows.

Additionally, you will lead EMR configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while applying best practices in project and change management. A strong focus on end user support, system adoption, and alignment with organizational goals is essential for success in this role.

This is an exempt, full-time position and requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in-office (on a schedule determined by your supervisor) in our NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.

You Will:

* Serve as the primary EMR subjectmatter expert, supporting daytoday system configuration, optimization, and issue resolution.

* Manage EMR upgrades, patches, and new feature releases, including testing, validation, and communication to end users.

* Configure and maintain EMR workflows, templates, order sets, user roles, and security access to support clinical and operational needs.

* Partner with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into EMR functionality.

* Support EMR data integrity, system availability, and performance by identifying configuration gaps and workflow inefficiencies.

* Coordinate with EMR vendors and thirdparty partners to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

* Lead EMR change management activities, including enduser communication, training, and adoption support.

* Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

You Have:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a healthcare a related field

* 4 years of experience supporting clinical, revenue cycle, order entry, results, collaboration with finance departments and practice management modules of EHR systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
