Senior Manager - Integrated Supply

Location: Multi-site, domestic travel required (10%-25%)

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you a results-driven operations and supply chain leader with a passion for driving performance across multiple sites? We're seeking a Senior Manager - Integrated Supply to oversee operations, sales, and profitability for several customer sites within a dynamic metals manufacturing business. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at leading teams to deliver operational excellence.

What You'll Do:




  • Lead onsite sales and operations teams, providing coaching, development, and performance management to ensure high-functioning, engaged teams.



  • Drive financial performance by managing P&L for multiple integrated supply sites, meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.



  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers, ensuring contractual commitments and key performance indicators are achieved.



  • Identify new sales opportunities, guide site managers on product standardization and consolidation, and optimize spend across your portfolio.



  • Oversee operational execution, including inventory management, receivables, payables, and workflow optimization, ensuring cost-effective and efficient processes.



  • Present insights and results to internal leadership and external stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.




What We're Looking For:




  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related field; experience with indirect materials is a plus.



  • 5+ years of staff management experience with a proven track record in leadership, coaching, and team development.



  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing by P&L and interpreting business metrics.



  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify manufacturing applications where integrated supply solutions deliver cost savings.



  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to have difficult conversations, maintain professionalism, and respond constructively to feedback.



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables; PowerPoint; Word), Teams, and ERP systems (Oracle, AS400, or Syteline preferred).



  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.



  • Experience supporting metals manufacturing is a strong plus.
