What's Expected

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (1-2 years)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
• Strong attention to detail for quality and accuracy
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or basic equipment
• Safety-focused mindset - follow PPE and workplace rules

What You'll Do

• Put together and assemble components with accuracy
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Use tools and equipment (we'll train you where needed)
• Inspect your work to make sure every part meets quality standards
• Pack, label, or stage finished assemblies for the next step
• Follow PPE and safety rules to protect yourself and your crew
