What You'll Need To Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a pipefitter and welder in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proficiency in welding techniques: TIG, MIG, Stick, or as required by project.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and in various environmental conditions.

What A Shift Looks Like

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine piping layout.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install pipe systems using various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick, etc.).
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to meet specifications.
• Inspect and test piping systems for leaks, integrity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain welding and pipefitting equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other tradespeople to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
