Field Placement Coordinator (Remote)

Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a respected College of Nursing to hire a Field Placement Specialist for a full-time temporary assignment covering a leave of absence through June, with strong potential for extension. Applicants must reside in eastern or central time zones to be considered.

As a Field Placement Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping nursing students secure practicum placements by building and managing relationships with healthcare facilities and preceptors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Assisting students in securing practicum sites and preceptors across a variety of nursing programs

  Utilizing outbound sales and marketing techniques (including cold calling, presentations, and events) to develop new healthcare partnerships

  
  
• 
  

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities to expand and sustain placement opportunities

  
  
• 
  

  Guiding students through the practicum application and documentation process

  
  
• 
  

  Serving as a liaison between the university and healthcare organizations for affiliation agreements

  
  
• 
  

  Maintaining accurate reports, documentation, and tracking systems

  
  
• 
  

  Communicating with students, faculty, and healthcare partners via phone and electronic methods

  
  
• 
  

  Supporting process improvements to enhance student practicum satisfaction

  
  

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills.

Required:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree (health or human services preferred)

  
  
• 
  

  3-5 years of customer service, inside sales, marketing, or call center experience

  
  
• 
  

  Outbound calling experience strongly preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  
  
• 
  

  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
