Responsibilities:

• Place patient identification labels on medical charts accurately
• Ensure all required documentation, forms, and dividers are correctly placed within each chart
• Verify accuracy and completeness of patient records
• Confirm all required forms are accounted for and properly organized
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Support front office operations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
• Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
