Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse logistics
• Working knowledge of inventory systems, basic computer applications, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and reconcile discrepancies
• Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts of freight, inventory, trailers, and related assets
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments by comparing physical counts to shipping documents and manifests
• Identify, investigate, and document discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Maintain accurate inventory and location records in warehouse or yard management systems
• Update trailer, bin, and freight labeling and location data
• Complete required documentation, including adjustment reports, discrepancy logs, and shipping/receiving records
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, yard teams, carriers, and logistics coordinators to support smooth freight flow
• Follow all safety protocols, inventory controls, and documentation procedures
