- Basics: High school diploma or GED.
- Hands-On Experience: 2 years of manufacturing experience in pharma, food, dietary supplement, or another government regulated environment.

- Deliver on-site Quality Assurance (QA) support across manufacturing operations, including product packaging lines, production processes, room clearances, and release of cleaned equipment, rooms, and controlled areas in compliance with cGMP regulations.
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing facilities to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and contribute to the revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with operational requirements, FDA guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist with deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risk and maintain product integrity.
- Monitor and review pest control programs and environmental monitoring systems to support facility compliance and contamination control initiatives.
- Issue and control production labels and printed materials in accordance with approved production schedules and documentation procedures.
- Audit and review batch records to identify minor and major documentation errors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support daily operations of the QA Hold area, evaluating materials and products that may impact quality, safety, or purity.
- Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports summarizing inspections, quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and other departments to promote operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive team-oriented work environment while maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to safety policies.
