Now hiring Press Room Associate Dayton, OH Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift: 2nd shift 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm 3rd shift 11:00 pm-7:00 am Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay. Every shift brings pride in what you make and the team that puts it together. What Gets You on the Line The Basics: High School Diploma or GED, and good old-fashioned hustle. Shop-Floor Smarts: Manufacturing experience required (1-2 years). Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred. The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 35 lbs), keeping count. That could mean completing paperwork, quality inspections, and preventative maintenance activities. You'll perform various manufacturing processes, including but not limited to chemical processing, painting, coating, assembly, and press setup and operation to produce aerospace components.
