Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assists federal/state agency environmental certification, registration, and compliance reporting activity.
• Assists in the facilitation of product registration or reporting activities, including Packaging EPR, Chemicals, e-waste, and energy-related subjects.
• Assist in conducting internal audit, benchmarking, and data requests.
• Process vendor invoices related to environmental compliance (e-waste, product certification, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience supporting regulatory, finance, marketing, sales, or other operational departments.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred. (Regulatory, Environmental, Chemistry, Engineering).
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to summarize new content. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
• Must have Strong computer skills with the ability to work within internal and external IT systems; Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills are a must). Experience with MS SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to conduct online research on new topics.
• The ability to meet deadlines and organize multiple competing tasks.
• Strong desire to learn and develop.
