Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6 AM - 4:30 PM (4 days on + 3 days off) Some Friday work may be required

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months of previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to perform multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Steel-toes

What You'll Own:

• Assist production teams by supplying components, materials, and subassemblies to workstations
• Perform basic assembly tasks on seats, mirrors, arms, or other automotive subassemblies under supervision
• Transport finished parts or assemblies to staging or shipping areas
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with 5S standards
• Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and parts, notifying supervisors when replenishment is needed
• Operate basic hand tools, air tools, or small equipment as needed for assembly tasks
• Participate in general maintenance and safety checks on equipment
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Support other production areas as needed to meet daily output goals
