The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator supports the Clinical Research Coordinator and Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in the day to day management of clinical research activities. The position assists with project coordination, helps prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and performs essential duties to maintain study operations. The incumbent also supports planning and organizing study activities to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and overall study guidelines.

*Limited position, may convert to career

Salary: $29.28 - $47.10 hourly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.
  • Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.
  • Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.
  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a Health Care Setting
