As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support loss prevention efforts. You will assist customers and staff with directions, questions, and incident reporting while maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter, including interior common areas, entrances, and parking areas as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, theft indicators, and/or policy violations, and take appropriate action to help to deter issues while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete reports and logs for patrol activities, incidents, and customer assistance, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
