What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the training calendars for Telecare, both Regional and Corporate, and scheduling venue and vendor support for training events, as well as providing reports on training attendance and required training for compliance. The Training Coordinator also provides administrative assistance to the Director of Opportunity & Development, Director of Clinical Learning and support to the training department.

Shifts Available:

Full time | Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:30pm

Expected starting wage range is $32.01 - $39.56.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High school graduation or GED
• Three (3) years of experience as administrative assistant or event planning/coordination in any industry
• Demonstrated ability in time management, communication, organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
