Physical Therapist 1 or 2 - Outpatient Pelvic Floor Specialist

The primary function is to provide applicable
physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses related to pelvic
floor dysfunction. Major duties include: patient evaluation,
patient treatment, completing documentation requirements, and maintaining
expected productivity levels (including any special assignments). The
primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be
required to rotate between clinical areas/sites.
