TheSupport Services Business Unit is seeking an Application Support Specialistto join our Corporate Information Services (IS) team in Portland, OR.

The primary focus of this role is supportforAutodeskapplications, with secondary responsibilities forBentley Systems,Bluebeam, and thePinnacle Seriesweb training portal. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping teams work more efficiently, strengthening standards, and improving digital delivery practices.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys combining technicalexpertise, collaboration, and problem solving, with anenthusiasmto continuously enhance CAD/BIM and design workflows in a multi-disciplinary environment. Some travel isanticipated.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:

Digital Engineering Application Support

  • Provide primary support for Autodesk applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit,InfraWorks).
  • Provide secondary support for Bentley applications (e.g., MicroStation,OpenRoadsDesigner),Bluebeam Revu, and Eagle Points Pinnacle Series Web Training Portal.
  • Troubleshoot project configurations, applications, application configurations, add-on tools, licensing, and workflow issues.
  • Assistwith application research and development, deployments, and upgrades.

CAD/BIM Standards & Workflow Development

  • Partner with ISCAD and engineering SMEs to develop, document,maintain,and trainend users inCAD/BIM standards, templates,Workflows,and best practices.
  • Align standards with client requirements, internal digital delivery goals, and industry practices.
  • Support and train firmwide adoption of standardized workflows across disciplines and offices.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Administered through web and live presentations, onsite office visits, and Pinnacle Series Wed Training Portal.
  • Collaborate to develop andmaintainlearning content for Autodesk platforms.
  • Deliver or support training, onboarding, and presentation sessions.
  • Maintainstandardsmanuals, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.

Project & Client Support

  • Collaborate with project teams to address digital delivery needs and resolve CAD/BIM challenges.
  • Assistwith clientCADstandards,compliance,and project setup.
  • Provide guidance that promotes consistent and efficient executionof digital
    designprojects.
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk products.
  • Familiarity with Bentley and Bluebeam solutions.
  • Solid understanding of CAD/BIM principles and engineering workflows.
  • Experience supporting or developing standards, templates, training,
    and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, SMEs, IT staff, and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in computer technology, engineering technology,
    or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in CAD/BIM or digital engineering applications
    and/or support.
  • An aptitude for development and growth.
