BETTER TOGETHER .9 FTE- 36 hours per week The Clinic Assistant - Purchasing, under the direction of designated staff, provides administrative support and operational assistance in support of quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. The Clinic Assistant - Purchasing works as part of a team and performs both clinical and administrative duties. Clinical duties include sterilizing medical instruments, and stocking and cleaning clinical workspaces and medical equipment, as directed by a provider or designee. Administrative duties include printing letters, making copies, sending faxes, preparing pamphlets and stuffing packets. This position assists with the procurement of clinical equipment and supplies under the direction of the Clinic Manager. Work is performed under the general direction, guidance, and supervision of the RN Team Coordinator with oversight from the Clinic Manager.
