YOUR IMPACT As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at OpenText, you will play a critical role in building, scaling, and maintaining highly reliable and resilient systems that power our global platforms. In this hands-on role, you will help deliver, administer, and manage OpenText's containerized infrastructure across both on-premises environments and public cloud platforms. Working alongside a growing team of technical experts, you will troubleshoot complex issues, strengthen system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high service performance and exceptional customer experience. You will design, maintain, and optimize cloud and container-based solutions while applying industry best practices in infrastructure, deployment, and operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement by enhancing monitoring and observability, identifying security vulnerabilities, and optimizing system performance. Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range: $125,440 -$190,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
