Document Control Administrator
The gate keeper for customer orders and contracts, requiring
a review of financial data, analysis of orders and quotes, as well as timely
entry of order information, accurate creation of item numbers and associate
program data and classifications in accordance with corporate policy.

Job Summary
- Collect,
separate, printout, evaluate, interpret, categorize, prioritize and enter
all PO's and POC's in accordance with established PO/POC Review Process. - Monitor,
maintain and track ERP system integrity to customer requirements. - Update and send out daily incoming order summaries.
- Complete
comprehensive initial review of customer requirements in accordance with
standing agreements and contracts. - Provide
initial review of Export Compliancy adherence, including ITAR/EAR
assessment. - Verify
documents for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance. - Provide
support for internal and external customers. - Facilitate
meetings between all parties in order to ensure timely execution of
projects, plans, and agreements. - Prepare
reports, analyze and make recommendations for all departmental matters. - Maintain
an organized electronic, as well as hard copy, filing system that contains
all executed documents with the relevant support. - Interact
and interface with company operating systems and ensure accuracy and
execution of functions. - Ensure
that all dated projects, plans and agreements are handled in such a way
that they do not expire without management's knowledge and approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent
organization skills and attention to detail are required. Performs
repetitive tasks requiring a high degree of accuracy. - Must

efficiencies and process improvements through continuous improvement. - Ability
to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. - Ability
to compose routine reports and correspondence. - Ability
to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization. - Ability
to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions and decimals. - Ability
to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. - Ability
to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. - Ability
to interpret customer flow-down requirements. - Must
be able to communicate effectively.
Required Experience and Education
- Minimum
High School education with up to a two-year degree in Business and/or
related courses or one to two-years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. On-the-job training
may be utilized. - Computer
knowledge and skills, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint required
and ERP/MRP Systems preferred.
