The FOX Sports Digital Team is responsible for the comprehensive digital coverage of the world's biggest sporting events, delivering best-in-class content across social media, the FOX Sports App, and FOXSports.com. Within this ecosystem, the Sales Integrations Team serves as the vital bridge between our content creators and our advertising partners.

The Content Integrations Freelancer role is purpose-built for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. You will support the Sales Integrations team in monetizing the massive influx of World Cup inventory. The Content Integrations Freelancer's primary purpose is to ensure that every sold campaign is executed flawlessly, blending high-value sponsor requirements with our content strategy. You will act as the coordinator for sponsorship delivery, ensuring that revenue-driving content is published on time, on brand, and optimized for engagement.

Hours will vary significantly due to the FIFA World Cup schedule (June/July 2026), including nights and weekends.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily "World Cup Content Calendar" for all sold inventory, ensuring zero conflicts between editorial priorities and sales obligations. Coordinate the intake and organization of all client assets (logos, copy, hashtags) and traffic branded posts across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with production teams during live matches to identify viral moments eligible for sponsorship (e.g., "Player of the Match" or "Halftime Highlights")
  • Ensure assets are tagged, labeled, and published immediately to maximize real-time engagement
  • Review all branded content prior to publishing to ensure strict adherence to FOX Sports guidelines and client requirements (including correct disclosure labels, tracking links, and partner handles)
  • Monitor campaign delivery daily, flagging any under-performing assets for optimization
  • Compile screenshots, engagement metrics, and delivery data to build comprehensive post-match wrap reports and case studies for clients
  • Maintain a live tracker of sold vs. available inventory, communicating updates to the Sales team to support new revenue opportunities throughout the tournament

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media coordination, ad and content operations, or account management for media partnerships
  • Proficiency in Outlook/Google Sheets/Google Slides/Box (required) for tracking inventory and campaign delivery
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding brand guidelines, content plans, disclosure labels (e.g., #Ad), and tracking links
  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to translate sales requirements into clear instructions for content teams to ensure a clear process of delivery and execution
  • Solid soccer knowledge, specifically regarding the 2026 tournament structure and key storylines
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while managing multiple sponsor campaigns simultaneously
  • Thrives in fast-paced, live-event environments where timelines change instantly
  • High "Client EQ"-understands how to balance commercial obligations with editorial integrity
  • Calm under pressure, capable of troubleshooting delivery issues (e.g., broken links, missing assets) in real-time
  • Passionate about the intersection of sports media and digital business strategy
  • Flexibility and reliability to match live broadcast times across multiple time zones

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, 3rd Party Social Metric Platforms, and Slack
