You Are:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Risk Management program. This role partners across business units and IT to identify, document, track, and drive remediation of infrastructure-related risks across the enterprise.

The opportunity:

* Lead tracking and oversight of enterprise infrastructure risks across multiple business groups.

* Ensure 100% of in-scope risks have documented remediation strategies, accountable owners, and defined timelines.

* Establish risk prioritization frameworks in partnership with security and infrastructure teams.

* Drive risk reduction metrics and portfolio-level visibility.

* Facilitate regular executive-level risk reviews.

* Provide data-driven insights on trends, systemic risk, and remediation bottlenecks.

* Escalate critical risks or stalled remediation efforts to leadership.

* Coordinate across infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams.

* Align remediation efforts with compliance, audit, and lifecycle mandates.

* Develop meaningful dashboards and KPIs to measure Remediation aging, Risk exposure trends, remediation timelines, and Portfolio health indicators

* Translate technical risk data into executive-ready reporting.

* Recommend prioritization adjustments based on risk impact and business criticality.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 7-10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Infrastructure Risk Management, Technology Governance, or similar roles

* Experience working with risk frameworks, compliance requirements, or audit programs

* Experience leading cross-functional remediation initiatives

* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced experience in Excel and PowerBI

* Experience with ITSM platforms
