The Technical Training Advisor will be responsible for developing, delivering, auditing, and maintaining technical training for Oxy staff supporting GoA offshore operations for their personal, process, and technical development. The individual in this position will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for offshore technical tasks, roles, and responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities
Education: High School Diploma/GED Required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, or high school diploma/GED and 15+ years of experience. The successful candidate will have experience working in support of training. Experience developing training programs is highly regarded. A background in mechanical / rotating equipment and experience in oil and gas industry technical training experience is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies
