Overview
Reporting to the Regional Vice President the Fleet Supervisor is responsible to track all fleet within a pool. They need to work with the garage manager to identify the movement of buses from vendors and out of circulation buses and bring them back to the garage. The fleet supervisor needs to identify buses to be put on circulations that will achieve PMI compliance. The Fleet supervisor will also need to be an integral part of the operating garage.
*Leadership role eligible for annual 10% bonus.*

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or business is a plus.
- Several years of experience in fleet management or a related field, including supervising drivers or managing transportation operations.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules, repair processes, and identifying mechanical issues.
- Strong supervisory abilities to manage drivers and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, management, and external vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track various aspects of fleet operations (e.g., vehicle maintenance, driver performance, scheduling).
- Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations, including safety standards and compliance requirements.
- High proficiency with Computers and Technology (ex. software expertise, troubleshooting, and data management).

Compensation Range
USD $48,200.00 - USD $68,700.00 /Yr.
