Sr. Transportation Project Manager

As a Sr. Project Manager - Transportation & TDM, you'll be at the heart of this transformation-leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our campus mobility ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end management of campus parking and valet operations for multiple sites
• Oversee shuttle program strategy, route planning, vendor coordination, and performance optimization
• Design and scale sustainable commuter programs, including bike initiatives, carpool, and vanpool incentives
• Manage commuter benefits and subsidies (e.g., transit passes, EV charging) to drive participation and equity
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting to measure program impact and support executive decision-making
• Identify operational gaps and lead innovation to improve efficiency, user experience, and sustainability
• Collaborate across teams on workplace events and initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, TDM (Travel Demand Management), or related field
• Proven track record in parking and valet operations and site-level mobility management
• Experience with shuttle program planning, route optimization, and implementation
• Hands-on knowledge of alternative transportation modes (biking, carpool, vanpool, transit)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills-able to translate metrics into actionable insights
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for executive presentations
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently and in collaboration
