What to Expect Tesla is looking for a Yard Management Lead to work with some of the most progressive vehicles in the world. We are seeking qualified team leaders to help engage and direct our Yard Management Associates. All candidates will need to be safety and quality driven with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you will lead by setting a positive example and help engage the team to achieve goals. The Yard Management Lead is a key contributor in the Tesla experience.
