Overview
Kramer Direct and LeadVision Media/LVM (Qualfon companies) are looking for a technical, detail-oriented IT Operations and Data Analyst to support the daily technology needs of both business units. This role is focused on maintaining system reliability, supporting marketing and lead-generation operations, and providing data analytics and reporting. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of IT operations, data problem-solving, and supporting marketing tech systems in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $80,000 - $90,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee's portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.
Responsibilities
IT Operations & System Support
Manage the day-to-day IT operations for Kramer Direct and assist with LeadVision Media (LVM), ensuring all internal systems, tools, cloud resources, and integrations run reliably.
Maintain and monitor AWS, DigitalOcean, and related environments for uptime, system health, latency, and overall performance. Troubleshoot issues across internal tools, web applications, data pipelines, and marketing infrastructure to minimize downtime. Ensure security best practices, patching, and general system maintenance are consistently applied. Support and optimize PHP based web properties (e.g., landing pages, tracking scripts, hosted tools) to ensure fast performance and high availability.
Marketing Tech & System Integrations
Support integrations across platforms such as CAKE, CRM systems, analytics tools, tracking pixels, and conversion reporting systems. Set up and maintain tracking parameters, test lead flows, and troubleshoot failed deliveries or mismatched data. Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT as needed to ensure integrations remain stable and accurate.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Build, update, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support business performance metrics for Kramer Direct and LVM. Create SQL queries for data analysis to identify trends, quality issues, response patterns, and operational bottlenecks. Clean, reconcile, and validate data from multiple systems to support accurate decision-making. Assist with list management, targeting logic, and segmentation efforts for campaigns.
Project Support & Documentation
Translate business requests into clear technical tasks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain documentation on processes, system workflows, and operational procedures. Participate in planning discussions for new features or improvements to internal tools and platforms.
Governance & Compliance
Follow data privacy and compliance standards, particularly when working with consumer data within regulated verticals. Support internal audits, data checks, and general compliance best practices as required.
Qualifications
Experience in IT operations, technical support, or a hybrid IT/data role Familiarity with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud environments Working knowledge of reporting tools or basic data analysis Work experience with PHP and MySQL with the ability to create complex queries Experience with Laravel and/or Codeigniter is a major plus Experience with marketing tech stacks such as CAKE, CRM systems, tracking pixels, or analytics platforms is a plus - Intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and V-lookups
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across web, system, and data environments Highly organized, dependable, curious, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
