The Senior Enterprise Learning Specialist will manage assigned enterprise learning programs from design through delivery and ongoing improvement. This role will ensure learning offerings are structured effectively, facilitated consistently, and aligned with organizational needs. This position will apply established learning design standards, exercise sound professional judgment, and use data, feedback, and observation to refine program effectiveness over time. The Senior Enterprise Learning Specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders and learning partners to maintain quality and ensure programs remain current and relevant. This role will also provide input and feedback to learning team members supporting enterprise programs, helping maintain alignment and consistency across the portfolio. The Senior Enterprise Learning Specialist may serve as a subject matter expert and informal mentor to Enterprise Learning Specialists.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Enterprise Program Design & Facilitation - 50%

  • Designs program content, structure, and delivery approach, in alignment with agreed upon team design principles and enterprise learning standards
  • Facilitates enterprise learning experiences, often for mid-level leadership audiences
  • Prepares and supports other facilitators, including leaders or subject matter experts, when delivering enterprise offerings
  • Partners with Learning Operations to support logistics, digital assets, and data collection related to assigned programs

Program Evaluation & Improvement- 20%

  • Supports the development and ongoing improvement of data used to evaluate the effectiveness of current programming
  • Uses feedback and performance data to make continuous recommendations and improvements to assigned offerings
  • Identifies patterns, lessons learned, and opportunities to strengthen existing offerings, while also uncovering gaps where new programs might add significant value

Collaboration & Advisory Support - 20%

  • Partners closely with the SM-ELD on program design decisions and prioritization
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner based on real-world program experience
  • Reviews and offers feedback on the design and delivery of offerings supported directly by the Enterprise Learning Specialist
  • Collaborates with divisional Learning & Performance teams when enterprise offerings are deployed in specific contexts

Corporate Initiative & Project Work - 10%

  • Participates in project teams for learning interventions related to corporate projects and initiatives.
  • Develops and facilitates content and experiences for strategic corporate initiatives, under the direction of a senior L&D team member

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Indirect budget responsibility

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • 7-10 years of progressive professional experience in a business environment required
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team in a corporate environment and/or directly consulting with mid-to-senior level leaders, focused on effective team
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences or performance interventions that support observable improvement required
  • Demonstrated credibility working with leaders at multiple levels of the organization, including managers and senior leaders required
  • Experience facilitating learning experiences for a variety of audiences, including managers and cross-functional groups
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, subject-matter experts, or top performers to co-design or facilitate learning experiences preferred
  • Experience incorporating feedback, observation, or performance data to refine and improve learning experiences over time preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
