Job Overview
The Analyst, Supply Chain in Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) oversees the end-to-end tracking, control, and optimization of both serialized and nonserialized assets throughout their entire lifecycle-from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and retirement. The role ensures that assets are consistently visible, accurately recorded, financially aligned, and operationally supported across all supply chain, field, and technology environments. ALM is responsible for enabling cradle-to-grave asset tracking, ensuring that each asset's status, location, condition, and financial treatment are maintained with precision. This includes forward logistics (ordering, installation, spares), in-life management (preventative, predictive, and breakfix maintenance), and reverse logistics (returns, repairs, decommissioning, and disposal). ALM also supports integrated workflows across ERP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership and stakeholders to gather data to support the management of assets
- Oversee cradle to grave tracking of serialized and non-serialized assets, ensuring accurate status, location, and lifecycle visibility across procurement, inventory, CIP, projects, maintenance, repair, and disposal
- Acts as a liaison between T-Mobile and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Implements process improvements following thorough root cause analysis; produce vendor and category benefits tracking and compliance reports through stakeholder collaboration
- Contributes to the achievement of greater productivity and cost-effectiveness in supply chain processes
- Supports T-Mobile's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management or related field (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Experience in supply chain, transportation, distribution, and vendor management (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with the ability to extract and analyze large data sets to identify trends (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects under tight time constraints and effective communication across various levels of management (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Data Analysis- Ability to analyze data sets to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights. (Required)
- Microsoft Excel- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. (Required)
- Communication- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the company and suppliers. (Required)
- Process Improvement -Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. (Required)
- Problem Solving- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise in supply chain operations. (Required)
- SQL- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases. (Required)
- Attention To Detail -High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and coordinating supply chain activities. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that demonstrates knowledge and organizational skills for developing more streamlined operations. (Preferred)
- Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification that indicates in-depth knowledge of production and inventory management within the supply chain. (Preferred)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that certifies that the individual has expertise in supply management and procurement. (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $62,400 - $112,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
