The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $85,125 to $124,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What you Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end material execution for assigned categories, including purchase orders, confirmations, due-date tracking, exception handling, and expediting/de-expediting to achieve OTIF targets.

  • Ensure material availability by accomplishing high-quality planning within SAP/MRP and meeting delivery, inventory, cost, and quality objectives.

  • Maintain and optimize material master data and planning parameters (MOQ, safety stock, lead time, stock classifications) in alignment with PFEP standards.

  • Analyze demand and future requirements to support accurate planning, supplier readiness, and production continuity.

  • Supervise inventory performance-including turns, excess, and obsolescence-and drive corrective or recovery actions.

  • Identify and report shortages against production plans, ROS, and customer commitments.

  • Serve as the primary supplier interface, managing day-to-day communication, performance expectations, and recurring business reviews.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Buyers, Category Leaders, Project Teams, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Supplier Quality Engineering to improve OTIF, reduce lead times, mitigate risk, and resolve issues (8D, SCAR, PPAP, rejects, rework).

  • Advance supplier risks proactively and recommend alternate sourcing strategies when required.

  • Support supplier development initiatives committed to delivery reliability, quality improvement, and lead-time reduction.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Mentor team members by supporting capability development, leading meetings, and contributing as a senior team resource.

  • Support audits, governance, and blocking issue processes, and contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

What we are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or material management in a manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced SAP experience (MRP, procure-to-pay, master data, reporting).

  • Experience working with international suppliers preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard capabilities.

  • APICS CPIM/CSCP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
