View our Corporate Values and Mission Statement here. A Taste of What You'll Do Gallo Winery is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Under limited supervision, you will work on diverse maintenance tasks across the plant, using blueprints, sketches, manuals, and written and verbal instructions to machine, install, disassemble, assemble, modify, and repair plant equipment, utility lines, and wine lines. In this role you will operate hydraulic presses, cutting torches, welders, saws and grinders; install new equipment; read OEM manuals; maintain and construct production and plant equipment; diagnose, analyze, investigate, and correct causes of malfunction; and apply basic maintenance skills such as welding, mechanical work, equipment adjustment, plumbing, masonry, pipe-fitting, troubleshooting, and lubrication.
