We have an exciting opportunity for aSoftware Implementation Project Managerto join our Enterprise Customer team! We have a preference for this role to be hybrid in our Westbrook ME or Frisco TX office, but also open to fully remote for the right candidate. The IDEXX Veterinary Software Customer Experience team is seeking our nextSoftware Implementation Project Manager, focused on our Enterprise customers.In this role you will lead multi-site rollouts of our veterinary software for our top corporate and university accounts, primarily focusing on theezyVetproduct suite. This is acustomer-facing rolewhereyou'llhandle enterprise-level programs.You'llmanage multi-site software rollouts, ensuring all requirements, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals are met. As the primary point of contact for enterprise groups and hospital managers,you'llkeep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and expectations.You'llwork closely with customers and Enterprise groups to drivea smoothonboarding and deliver an exceptional customer experience.In the Role of Project Manager - Enterprise Team:
