YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will be a strategic leader within the OpenText Business Network Presales team, partnering closely with Account Executives to drive enterprise transformation initiatives. You will help customers modernize B2B integration, digitize supply chains, and leverage AI-powered automation to unlock measurable business value.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions to understand customers' architecture, business processes, technical landscape, and partner ecosystems.
  • Enterprise Solution Design: Architect scalable B2B integration solutions that align to complex business and operational objectives.
  • Business Value Storytelling: Translate technical capabilities into clear executive-level value propositions tied to efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage.
  • High-Impact Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to IT, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with implementation and delivery teams to scope solutions, develop transition plans, and ensure seamless pre- to post-sale alignment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience: 5+ years in cloud solution consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise pre-sales with a track record of designing and presenting complex solutions.
  • B2B & Integration Expertise: Deep knowledge of EDI, APIs, MFT, ERP integrations, enterprise data exchange, and supply chain automation.
  • Applied AI & Cloud Fluency: Strong understanding of enterprise-grade cloud services, SLAs, implementation methodologies, and the application of AI/GenAI within integration environments.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience supporting Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail/CPG, or Financial Services customers preferred.
  • Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead technical discovery workshops and communicate complex integration concepts clearly to executive and technical audiences.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $151,800 - $190,000 + variable; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
