Warehouse Specialist

Designing, developing, and delivering jobrelated training programs that improve individual and organizational performance within a DoD environment
• Conducting needs analyses, creating instructional materials, and evaluating training effectiveness

• Bachelor of science in education, human resources, business, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) Alternative: Associatefour years experience or six years experience
• Active DoD topsecret (or higher)
• Greater than threeproductive years delivering training programs
• CPTD, ATD, or DoDspecific training credentials preferred

• Expertise with instructionaldesign models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's taxonomy)
• Proficiency in elearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, DoDspecific)
• Ability to assess training impact using Kirkpatrick's model or ROI analysis
• Strong facilitation and publicspeaking skills; comfortable presenting to mixed technical audiences
• Experience creating multimedia training assets (video, simulations, jobaids)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

• Domestic travel: Up to10% of the year (2weeks)
• International travel: <5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
