Management Analyst (Junior)

Supporting organizational studies, processimprovement initiatives, and the preparation of operational manuals for DoD programs
• Collecting data, conducting worksimplification studies, and assisting senior analysts in developing actionable recommendations

• Bachelor of science in business, management, technical, or IT discipline (ABET/CAE) Alternative: Associateand four plus years experience or six years experience
• Active DoD Topsecret (or higher)
• Less than three years in managementanalysis activities (CSWF Junior)

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient with Excel, Power Query, and Tableau
• Experience conducting processmapping (Visio, Lucidchart) and workflowoptimization studies
• Ability to draft clear, concise reports, SOPs, and policy briefs for senior leadership
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition and programmanagement processes
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable delivering findings to mixed technical/nontechnical audiences
• CAPM or PMP (in progress)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY

• Domestic travel: Up to10% of the year (2weeks)
• International travel: <5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
