OEM seeking Automotive Technical Assistance Agent to support OEM in Fountain Valley, CA! Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years' dealership experience Automotive Diagnostic skills ASE certifications are preferred Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and written communication Comfortable working on a computer with good typing ability Proficient with MS Word Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Typing test results required with submission Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application and a recruiter will be connecting with you soon!
