As an unarmed patrol Security Professional at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible security-related presence that can help to deter incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support a welcoming, secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications, and documentation per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual conditions, and report hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
• Complete security-related reports, logs, and shift handoffs, including incident details, patrol activity, and/or customer service interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
